Board Structure

The Governing Board meets once a term. We have four committees who also meet at least once a term:

• Teaching, Learning and Wellbeing Committee (TLW)
  Who agrees, evaluates and reviews all matters relating to what the pupils are taught and their progress. This committee meets three times a year.
• Finance, Resources, and Personnel Committee (FRP)
  Who plans, evaluates and reviews the school budget and all matters relating to the building and grounds and also reviews all matters relating to staff and volunteers. This committee meets three times a year.
• Governance Committee (FGB)
  Who considers the school’s strategic development and the impact decisions about finance and staffing have on outcomes for pupils. This committee meets four times a year.
• Pay Committee
  Who considers recommendations on staff performance. This committee meets once a year.
