Reporting a positive case to the school
Should you need to inform the school of a positive case, please use the digital form found on the individual school’s page, under the school’s contact page. You can also use the links below to fill out the forms.
Track and Trace
The school is no longer required to identify close contacts. This will be done through the NHS Public Health Systems.
